Our key case is Pamela Lynn, et. al. v. Kaiser Foundation Hospital, Inc., et. al., which has been filed at the Supreme Court of the United States. Our causes of actions are State and Federal codes and/or law violations pertaining to Civil Conspiracy, Constitutional (i.e., procedural and substantiative Due Process using the First, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendment), Elder Abuse, Medical Battery, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Federal Arbitration Act, Sherman Antitrust, Bad Faith and Unfair Dealing Insurance Practice, IRS Code 501(c)(3) Charitable Purpose, and California Health & Safety. As of March 7, 2025, we have filed seven (7) different documents: 1) Motion for Leave to File a Bill of Complaint; 2) Motion to Join a Required Party; 3) Writ of Mandamus directed at the Clerk of the Court; 4) Individual Application to Chief Justice Roberts directing him to review 3); 5) DEFAULT refiling 2); 6) Writ of Mandamus directed at Chief Justice Roberts; and 7) Writ of Certiorari.

Constitutional Law

Civil Rights and Public Interest and White Collar Defense

Our civil rights practice advocates for underserved groups and policy reform to counter injustice. We aim to represent the oppressed and contribute to a society of greater fairness, equality and human dignity. Our work goes beyond legal help to ally with vulnerable communities.

Services Include: Defending individuals or organization from civil and criminal prosecution in relationship with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) accusations of fraud, waste, or False Claims Act (FCA) violations (1. Falsity of the claim and 2. Defendant’s knowledge of the claim’s falsity). This knowledge of fraud is found when the defendant has actual knowledge, deliberate ignorance, or recklessness of submitting a false claim (invoice on a government procurement contract line item under the FAR, DFARs, NASA FAR, etc.).  If prosecution is not underway yet against you or your organization but you all are concerned about it occurring, then provide a working plan to avoid or settle such prosecution. See United States ex re. Schutte v. SuperValu Inc., et. al. United States, et. al., ex rel. Thomas Proctor; and Wisconsin Bell. Please note that High Court Lawyer, Steven Zamora, agrees with Justice Clarence Thomas’ opinion in the unanimous High Court decision concerning 598 U.S. 739 (2023) and believes that the Founding Fathers’ guaranteed Substantiative Due Process rights in the Amendments to the US Constitution to ensure that all defendants of such prosecutions are innocent until proven guilty.

    Before Abraham was, I AM is tax exempt from the State of Texas and the US Government. The IRS has declared us a Public Charity. Our nonprofit status allows us to provide top-notch legal services at affordable rates.   • Do you offer pro bono services?
    Yes, giving back is an important part of our mission. We regularly offer pro bono legal aid and social services to those unable to pay our standard rates who we determine have financial need. Please complete our application for pro bono services if you need assistance and cannot afford our rates.
  • Do you offer flexible payment options for legal services?
    Yes, we understand legal help can be a financial burden. That's why we offer flexible payment plans to spread out the cost of services over time with no financing fees. We aim to make sound legal help accessible.
  • Do you only work with Christians?
    No, we provide legal and social services to anyone who needs support and believes our team can help them. While our organization is Christian-based, our services are open to both Christians and non-Christians. We aim to assist all people with grace and excellence.
